Stark

Stark Boatwasher is specially manifactured for big and heavy boats. The washer floats on the water. The boat is towed by a winch over rotating brushes which clean the fouling like barnacles off the bottom of the boat. The brushes adjust themselves inline with the boat bottom so that the washing result is best possible. There is a separate washer model for keelboats like saling boats.

The winch and the rotation direction of the brushes are hydralically controlled with an operator's concole. The washer is driven by a 4kW electrical motor which uses 3-phase electricity. One unit weights from 500 to 1600 kg and it can be transported by a small trailer.

Stark - Boatwasher is ideal for boat less than 3 to 4 meters wide and keel 1,5 to 2,5 meters high. Detectors at the bottom such as echo sounders have to be removed before cleaning.
